My friend recommended me W3shools, it’s such an easy to use interface and very interactive, I can’t really compare it to any of the other sites as I haven’t used them but I loved W3schools, learned sooo much from them.

I am not sure if you have ever heard of Flash Speaks ActionScript. They have a moving from AS2 to AS3 series that provides a great helping hand for beginners. http://flashspeaksactionscript.com/tag/as2-to-as3/
