How do I apply?

Download and complete the Domestic Students enrolment form or the International Students enrolment form and send it to the campus where you wish to study. If you'd like more detailed information on being a student at Natcoll, you can download one of our student handbooks.

Student allowance

The student allowance is means tested and does not need to be repaid. If you are under 25 years, eligibility will depend on your parents' combined incomes. You can also get this allowance if you meet certain criteria of independence from your parents.

Student loan

Course deposit

A course deposit of $100 (domestic students) or $500 (international students) is due at the time of enrolment in order to confirm your place on the course. This payment is part of the course fee.

Full payment of the diploma course fees MUST be made prior to start date, either by cheque or cash, or by pre-arranging a student loan for the course fee amount through StudyLink.

Refunds

Students enrolled for a course of study or training can withdraw from it at any time within the first eight calendar days of the course for which attendance of the student at the establishment is required; and refund to every student who so withdraws, without deduction, so much of any payment, or the sum of any payments, made by the student to the establishment in respect of that course, and if withdrawal from that course also constitutes withdrawal from the establishment as a whole, in respect of enrolment at the establishment, as exceeds $500 or 10% of the amount of that payment or the sum of those payments, whichever is the less.

Written notification of withdrawal must be received by the Campus Principal within the first eight calendar days of the course for a refund to be actioned. After this eight day period no refunds are made (other than at the discretion of the National Principal).

Recognition of prior learning

Natcoll will recognise any relevant learning that a student has already acquired.

Enrolment and attendance

Natcoll will enrol any student who meets the course entry requirements. To gain the qualification students must attend 80% of scheduled classes for every module within the course.

Student fee protection

All student fees paid in advance are held in a trust account managed by the Public Trust.
