Studying at Natcoll
It’s exciting, but challenging, to move to a new country and experience a new way of life. At Natcoll, we believe international students are essential to our creative campus mix – and our supportive and friendly staff and tutors are ready to assist you. We can meet you when you arrive, arrange accommodation and help you with all sorts of practical advice. We want you to feel welcome and to enjoy your Natcoll experience.
International student care
Natcoll is committed to providing a valuable learning experience for all students. Each campus has a dedicated International Student liaison officer to assist international students and act as an advocate if required. Natcoll also provides practical study assistance, including a tutor assistant programme, student at risk support (when required) and first language support.
Life on Natcoll campus
Reflecting real-life industry working environments, Natcoll's campuses are situated in modern, multi-storied buildings in central city locations. You'll love the focused yet laid-back atmosphere. Each campus has a spacious student common room. The teaching facilities include well-equipped computer suites with up-to-date software and equipment. All campuses are within walking distance of shops, art galleries, libraries and public transport.
To ensure we maintain our excellent learning environments, every campus has a student representative body that meets regularly with campus principals and staff.
Learning with us
Students of all ages and backgrounds study with us. Some are school leavers, while others have taken time out from the workplace to retrain. This combination of ages and experiences gives Natcoll a truly unique feel and helps produce an environment that enables every student to realise his or her potential.
Class numbers are restricted to 15 students (advanced diploma of Digital Media) or 20 students (all other diploma courses). We insist on such a high staff/student ratio because it allows you quality time working closely with our experienced tutors. Each student works at his or her own workstation.
Natcoll has several intakes throughout the year. These varied start times allow you to commence studying at the time most convenient to you. Clear study guidelines are provided with staff available to help students manage their time and meet deadlines.
Keep the learning doors open
Students who complete a Natcoll diploma course have the opportunity to progress to higher levels of learning. Natcoll has partnerships with other tertiary institutions to provide learning pathways for our graduates.
